Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be fulfilled. Be aware of potential delays due to a high volume of orders, especially during sales events and holidays or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Packages are insured, meaning if the shipment arrives damaged all parties are protected and the order will be remade and reshipped.

Should your package arrive damaged, immediately take multiple pictures of the contents and packaging damage and email them to danacrossonart@gmail.com and we will have a claim submitted and get the reprinting process started.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at danacrossonart@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Should you wish to have your order shipped expedited, please inquire to danacrossonart@gmail.com before you place your order with your address, and we will send you a expedited shipping quote. Shipping promotions do not cover expedited shipping.

US Orders
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Dana Crosson Fine Art + Ten Acre Print Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Returns
Original artwork and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Shipping & Returns for Fine Art and Vintage Prints

Shipping and packaging are carried out through a third party.

The third party carefully wraps each package in industrial weight cardboard with additional reinforcement as needed. Fine art prints are either shipped flat or rolled depending on size.

Packages are insured through the third party, meaning if the shipment arrives damaged all parties are protected and the order will be reprinted and reshipped.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our business, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returns must be sent back unmarked and unused with the original packaging. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be made via Canada Post or USPS to our studio due to our remote location. Contact danacrossonart@gmail.com with your order number to initiate the return process.

Please note that it typically takes about 5-14 business days for your return to arrive at our studio and be processed for a refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

Exchanges
You also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of a refund. To initiate the exchange process, the return policy must be followed. Once the item is received and accepted store credit will be issued in the form of store credit to the email used for the initial order.
