Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping

Each order is packaged with care to ensure as much protection as possible. Please note that Dana Crosson Art & Landscape Design is not liable for and damages, theft, or lost items after the shipping service has taken the items and are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft post-delivery.

Original artwork and print/gift items orders cannot not be combined as print orders are fulfilled in a separate location and will be shipped separately. If an order of original art and prints/gift items is combined a second shipping invoice will be sent to settle any additional charges.

Shipping Original Art

Smaller pieces will be shipped with tracking via Canada Post unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates on pieces or prints over 30x30 will be shipped with the carrier with the best rate. If you would like a quote on shipping prior to purchase please contact danacrossonart@gmail.com with your name, physical shipping address, and name of the piece you are interested in.

Shipping rates are for Canadian and US residents only. International collectors must select the ‘International’ option at checkout and will be sent a shipping quote by email

Shipping Prints and Gift Items

Print orders will be shipped directly from our trusted third-party printer. Shipping rates are as noted at checkout.

Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be fulfilled.

Gift shop items will be shipped with tracking via Canada Post unless otherwise noted.

Shipping rates are for Canadian and US residents only. International collectors must select the ‘International’ option at checkout and will be sent a shipping quote by email.

Refunds

Original Artwork

All original artwork is final sale. If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so by reaching out to danacrossonart@gmail.com

Refunds (on prints & gift items only)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our business, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a refund within 7 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns.

Returns must be unused and in mint condition with the original packaging (including any branding and promo material).  Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

Please note that it typically takes about 5-10 business days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center and be processed for refund. Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, we will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

If the wrong item was received, please email danacrossonart@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving with your order number and photos of what was received and a response with a course of resolution will be sent within 1-3 days.

Sale items will not be eligible for refund or exchange (this will be clear in the product listing)

 

Exchanges (on prints & gift items only)

You also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund.

Exchanges must be done within 7 days of receipt by reaching out to danacrossonart@gmail.com. Additional shipping fee for exchanges will apply. A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns and exchanges.

The original item(s) must be returned in unused and mint condition before an exchange can be made. Shipping for the return and exchange is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be in unused and mint condition with the original packaging (including any branding and promo material). Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for an exchange.

Damaged and Lost or Stolen Packages

If any of the above happens to you, immediately document and file a claim with the shipping service and use the provided insurance.
